At Document Nation, we encourage all clients to shred their confidential information once it has been converted in to an electronic format or following completion of the required retention period.
Document Nation places a strong emphasis on ensuring our client’s information remains secure once we take possession of it. Document destruction services take place at the Document Nation production facility. A security-screened, insured staff member retrieves the documents from the secure storage facility and empties the material in to the shredding truck waiting outside. The staff member will watch on a video screen as the documents are destroyed. Upon completion, Document Nation will issue your company a Certificate of Destruction, confirming the destruction of your documentation. As a green company, Document Nation recycles all shredded paper. Don’t worry, we destroy documents so that they can never be reconstructed.
